Rachel Ray Gusto-Grip knife features a patented synthetic and polypropylene orange handle to help keep your hand from slipping.

Each knife blade has a solid forged bolster and tang and all constructed from one piece of the superior German CrMoV stainless steel alloy.

Handle is pressed onto thick tang and then a stainless steel counterweight is pressed into the tail for perfect balance.

My son is a chef and he really liked the knives. I bought these as a Christmas present for my wife. I used them to slice ham, turkey, dice onions, ect and loved it.
