Messy, messy, messy. Every time I pull the basket out coffee flies all over. The lid on the plastic reservoir is separate, which contributes to the mess. I think there is too much static generated from too many plastic parts whirring around during the grind process. Produces a superb blend when it works, but every couple of times I use it the beans don't feed properly and I have to whack the side of it to get it grinding again. Give it a miss.
