Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Nice not having cookies stick to tray. Drop cookies tend not to spread as much but pretty much bake up evenly and without edges browning. I found it useful to add a few minutes baking time to my favorite cookie recipes to achieve the desired crispness or softness. Best not to fold in drawer, hence it tends to warp where crease occurs.

I cut these to custom fit and then line my baking pans with these. Great alternative to toxic teflon.
