I made shepards pie with this, and it turned out perfect. This week, it will make a fabulous chocolate cake for a group of friends at the office. And then on to Thanksgiving. i am glad that I bought it! A+

Simplicity in design, great feel and weight. Cleans easily, bakes evenly, looks awesome. Every kitchen needs at least one of these pans.
