Love the big size of this sheet. It's thin yet durable. Fits more cookies and cookies slides easily out of the sheet. I gave it a 4 out 5 stars because it does what I expect Calphalan products to do, dependable and works well...baked my cookies nicely and does not stick to the sheet but nothing exceptionally extra except for the larger size sheet.
