Ordered two and one works fine. The other had faulty spot welds and the wing nut threaded post came off when first assembling. Real problem was typical of most web sites and that was there is no apparent/ easily locatable return method. Every instruction on the web site led nowhere and was very frustrating. Ended up taking it to local welder to have piece reattached. Real pain in the butt. If they worked properly they would have been a good value but I don't care how inexpensive an item is if it does not work the low price doesn't help much.
