We use this unit in our bedroom to help with our allergies to pet dander and dust mites. Haven't seen any improvement in our congestion and breathing. Not sure it's doing much for those. Have noticed an improvement to odor elimination but really didn't buy it for that.

Very sleek and well designed system. I have been using this product for about a month with no problems and now wake up without allergies each morning. The pros are the cost of the system including the cost of replacement filters (this can be far greater with other products) and the ability to turn off the components such as the UV light. The cons are that the fan is a little loud. There are four fan settings and I run it on low during the night because of the noise. The output is quite strong on the higher settings and can quickly filter the air of a medium size room. Using it with ceiling fans seems to improve the efficiency.
