I gave it as a wedding gift. The recipients were pleased. It arrived in perfect shape. It looked as I expected, .. very nice.

I thought the time between order date and shipping date was a bit long, around 2 weeks, but maybe that's the nature of your business. With so many items, they're not all in one handy warehouse, ready to ship next day. As I was not in a hurry, and your price and s&h were the best I saw for this item, I'm happy with the transaction. I did not need to use customer service, and the item arrived in perfect condition. Thanks
