Got the product and it worked well. The only problem was it had a scratch and have not received the replacement from the company!

After struggling with a smokey fireplace for 20+ years, a chimney sweep/repair person told us the opening of our fireplace was too big to draft correctly. He offered to install something for $200. We were hesitant to spend that kind of money for a solution we weren't sure of--after all we'd tried countless things trying to correct the problem. I found this product for a great price. Installation was easy. Not a trace of smoke! Yeah!!!! Couldn't be happier!!!!
Shipping was faster than expected--even faster than promised!

The product was supposed to fit up to an 48" opening, but BARELY fit across 42". Because it barely made it across it was very flimsy, buckled, and looked so bad we could not install it permanently.
The front end service was good. They kept me posted on delivery times. The product arrived in good time, but when installation problems occured (see product comments) the customer service rep. stuck to the %15 restocking fee. The Rep refused to connect me to a superior. I am disappointed that the agent refused to stand behind a product that clearly did not meet it's promise.
