Comments about Pilgrim 44" Forged Iron Straight Door Screen - 1843:
The best part about this item is that it has the support brackets on the backside of the screen that are adjustable! It allows it to nestle right into my firebox so it sits flush with the outside of my fireplace... unlike the cheaper competition brands they sit away from the surface of the fireplace allowing sparks to escape. This ones seals all the way around! This brand is sturdy, and the magnetic closure is very strong on the doors. I am very happy with my purchase and very happy that I found this company, as they were the best price!
I recommend buying a size that is 2-3" overlapping the opening of your firebox on either side for best results.
Delivery was FAST! Arrived in excellent condition!
