    First, I have purchased and used Empire products in the past with no problems, and that played a key role in my selection of this item. This unit is being utilized to heat an large apartment and is doing so admirably. Due to space limitations and layout, it was not possible to add a regular full size furnace to this apartment and this Empire unit very closely matched what was currently in place. The installation was very easy and the forced air blower unit installed at the factory was convenient and effective. Overall, so far so good and tenant said she is happy.
