Installed in a 12x12 freestanding insulated structure, bought the heater according to room size. Did not heat the room adequately even when run constantly. Installed a wood stove instead which works great.

It does the job, only by reps own words, it is only 60% efficient. It cost us $130 to $160 per month to heat a 14 x16 addition, it is too far from oil furnace and this room needed help. This heater was on #2-3 setting, that is approx 1 gal propane per hour.
