This is the only fireplace insert I've owned, but I am completely satisfied. This easily heats the bottom level and lightens the furnace load on the upper level of my 2800 sq.ft. house. Fires are easy to start and burn hot and slow. The insert seems to be made very well and was easy to install. Thinking about getting another insert for my upstairs fireplace now!

Comments about Continental Deluxe EPA Wood Burning Fireplace Insert Kit with Black Trim:

We have a 1300 sq ft house with poor insulation. I try to conserve the oil use- now that we have the woodstove insert in I've turned the heat down to 57, put on the ceiling fan and the house stays at about 64. Not only does it heat well it looks nice too. I'm very pleased with this product.

Service & Delivery comments:

Although I love the stove I was not very satisfied with the delivery time. It was 2 weeks late and come to find out it is only curb side delivery. Considering the stove weighs about 300lbs it is not the easiest thing to move. My stove was delivered in the middle of an ice storm and I was worried the package would be damaged by a plow truck. The delivery man went out of his way and him and I were able to get it to the garage with his pallet jack. Overall it wasn't a terrible delivery it just took longer than expected.
