Don't exp. too much

Got the unit installed and two weeks later the speed control for the fan burned out and the factory will not stand behind the warranty, they tell you to contact the seller but when you buy it over the internet there is no dealer, and they will not help you out.....Also the book that comes with it tells you the fan is mounted with velcro but when I inspected the unit I found that it was never mounted with the velcro, the velcro taped back was never pealed and mounted to the base. this left the fan just setting inside the unit and it would move around at will..

We purchased this stove to heat a large 25x18 room.Its more than enough btu for the job. Its a very decorative piece, with a fire display that goes beyond what I expected. We found installation to be simple enough.[...]We have had it five months now,and its cooking us out.
