This arrived in good time, in a substantial box, in good condition -- if you don't mind the fact that the entire thing is pitted with small holes, as if in pouring it the bubbles all got caught on the surface. There's a repair kit; I'm not worrying about it. I'm using this fireplace in an outdoor room to heat for occasional group gatherings and it looks just fine and so far seems to work well, although we haven't tried heating for long periods. Easy to assemble. I think it looks great.

Did my research, liked the design and appearance. Upon receiving the order and opening the box it was obvious the fireplace did not match in color, finish or description. Too many minor holes to ignore, a patch kit is provided with instructions on painting. This is NOT something you "remove from the box and plug in" as advertised. I would NEVER have ordered this if the description said you have to patch and paint. [...]

[...] Was easily put into place, but noticed that the mantel had some slight chips in it. The repair kit will help with touching up the chips. Overall, it adds much to the room and will be most helpful when the weather turns "cold" here in Florida! My neighbors have come to see mine and I've shared your website with them!
