I was looking for a gas fireplace that would be functional and attractive. This fireplace satisfies both of these requirements and the hearth is now the focal point of my living room. I have always liked the large open window fireplaces that are simple in design and gives the appearance of a regular fireplace. The price can't be beat at about half of any other product on the market today. You loss some of the bells and whistles such as an automatic fan control and you need to wire a switch on the wall to turn it on and off. The fireplace in my downstairs rental heats about 750 sq. ft. of the apartment and is now kept toasty warm taking the place of electric heat that was a real killer on the pocket book.Now I will save money and it will increase the selling appeal for a new renter. All and all this is a great value and something that is ideal for a spec house or a den. I use it in my house and haven't turned the central heat on since installing.
Delivery was prompt and on time with the driver even helping me bring it in to my house. Items were received in three deliveries but the service department checked when I inquired why I didn't get it all together. Good customer service and no damage to any of the items. Fantastic !
