[...]Also, it's easy to order the venting - but you need to know exactly what you need when you're buying the fireplace. We didn't and it was a bit of a pain.
Service & Delivery comments:
It took a lot longer than expected to arrive and it was fairly banged up - but at that point I really needed to install the fireplace and could not wait another 6 weeks for a replacement.
I would highly reccommend using one of ther customer service agents that knows about fireplaces - Sherry was great!
