First - I have NEVER HAD TO USE TOILET TISSUE IN THE BATHROOM WHERE THE TOTO IS!

So that saves money and - smiling - trees! Then, since your hands never touch your body, you don't even have to wash your hands. Seriously - It has to cut down on infections, germs - the seat is smooth and clean - I love it.

I am 77 and think every older person should have or anyone with a bad arm would enjoy having it. I have never felt so clean.

Why doesn't everyone have one of these?

It really works, and makes the bathroom nearly "paperless".

I think everybody ought to think about having one.

Service & Delivery comments:

Product was delivered in perfect condition, promptly in spite of a record snow storm.

UPS tracking kept me up to date on the progress of the package through the blizzard from New Jersey to Colorado

Instructions were clear and simple, so did not need help from customer service.

The Washlet is far better than an ordinary bidet, is easy to install, leaves one clean and refreshed and is always warm on a cold winter's day. I highly recommend Toto as a quality world-renowned brand. I'm sorry that I don't yet have one on every commode in my home.

We have been lusting after these washlets ever since we first used it in Japan many years ago. Now that we're doing a bathroom remodel, we HAD to install this. It's in and in perfect condition. We can't wait for the cold winters when we will have constant heated seat for our bottoms in the middle of the night!

We first encountered in Japan years agao and hunted them down when they arrived in the US. We bought one for the house six yeara ago, and then moved. Bought two for new house and loved them, but have just recently moved again. Just bought for the newest house. Once you use it you are spoiled forever. The heated seat is nice, but the cleaning really does make you feel better. It is easy to install, but does need power nearby which may have to be added. Easy to clean and requires no service.
Once we get fully unpacked we will get one for the guest bath as well. Even guests can figure out quickly how to use it and then rave about it.
Homeclick offers a good price and great service.

Twenty below outside and it's the best seat in the house! It works very well, but this comfort does not come cheap. It's a little pricey and it would be nice if it were more programmable so it would be more energy effecient. Still, we are very pleased with this product.
