After traveling to Japan last year, my wife said the only thing she wanted for Christmas is a Toto washlet/bidet seat. Wanting to preserve our marriage I got her both the C100 washlet and a new Toto toilet to match, and of course a new electrical line and ground-fault outlet just for the seat. She absolutely loves the seat, I am totally impressed by it and the toilet, and happiness prevails. Well worth the investment! Don't let competing U.S. manufacturers try to steer you away from Toto.

Coming from East - using water to clean after the business is the best approach and proved scientifically to be the most hyginic way to clean. The modern technology offers this approach with a press of a button! No more messy water spill and "yakiness" assosiated using water clening the old fashion way!Thank for the technology. Wish the price could be a little.

I like the lid and rim that descend slowly with just a touch. Don't have to bend over to lower the toilet seat and rim. I like the warmth of the seat and water, much better than ones in Europe. I put it in my guest bathroom because my master doesn't have an electrical outlet. When I put an outlet in, I will add it to my bathroom.

This type of seat is used in all western style hotels I have stayed at in Japan. This seat style is very comfortable and does a great job doing what it is suppose to do.
