Comments about Panasonic WhisperFit-Lite, 50 CFM Low Profile Ceiling Mounted Fan with Light - FV05VFL2:
Forget fans that are noisier than 1 sone. This fan pushes 50 cfm despite ductwork restrictions and backdraft dampers and is very quiet at 0.3 sones. It is solidly and well built. The fluorescent light is powerful, and more pleasant than others (I usually dislike fluorescents). However, those fluorescent lights are expensive to replace. Also, I suggest buying a separate backdraft damper ($5-7 at a hardware store) and removing the built-in one, because it has a large gap all around and is not effective. Supposedly they need that to get the rating allowing direct insulation contact. Forget about that rating, build a box around it so it's not in direct contact, and put a better damper in the ductwork.
