    Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after installation. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal or installation costs. Use of in-tank toilet cleaners will void the warranty.

The front flange of this tub was cracked at some point during packaging or shipping. We did not notice the crack until after having destroyed the box. Be sure to carefully inspect the tub upon arrival! Kohler was responsive and helpful with repairing the crack to as-good-as-new condition.

My contractor has seen a lot of Acrylic tubs that have defects and are not really the dimensions stated. The Kohler was is perfect condition and right on with the specs.
