Comments about Aquatic Hotsoak 58 Tub- AI7242RUOHS:

This tub is wonderful for more than one person, and it is super comfortable to lounge in. I thought that since it didn't have jets, we could leave the heat pump running for part of a day, but it is very loud. Also, the tub is great even when its only 1/2 full-which we do to conserve water. Its also great for kids. Make sure your water heater can handle this large a capicity. On-demand is great. We really like it.

    Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery was when expected and the product was well crated. The delivery truck didn't have a lift gate and the driver actually asked me to come out and help him unload what he said was a 300 pound tub, since he couldn't do it himself! (It doesn't really weigh that much.) Also, I was never asked for my color preference on the handle bar or the pump location. This could have been a huge problem, but in our case it luckily turned out to be in the right spot. MAKE SURE TO KNOW THE OPTIONS AND SPECIFY!
