    Am rating 4.5 star as only one week elapsed. Based on the prior reviews ordered the ADA Drake, I don't see much difference in height and if you are a long-legged family the extra is appreciated. I also can now paint behind both toilets due to slender tank. Packaging was great, efficient, easy to remove and dispose of but offered lots of protection. [...] Had professional plumber install - we had some floor issues to address - but both toilets up and running in under two hours. Flush is great and not listening to the tank refill for 10 minutes afterwards is wonderful. When our third toilet is ready to replace plan on matching Drake.

    The water from our well is so cold that in the summer the tank developed outside condensation which dripped on the floor, making it slippery, and contributing to an unpleasant odor. This insulated tank is just what we needed.

    It looks great but more important it works! I don't know how it works but it does, no fuss, little noise, no commotion, it just flushes and does it FAST !

    It does take only one flush and I'm looking forward to retiring the plunger. Occassionally it seems to flush repeatedly if I hold the handle down too long so need to check on that mechanism but so far I am very pleased with this product.
