Great value for the price. Replaced two 10 year old American Standards a couple of weeks ago. Install was simple. No clogs so far! We love the ADA height. This is one of the few ADA toilets with a round bowl which we prefer. The flush is not quiet but that's a small issue if it never clogs.

Great can. I replaced two toilets with elongated bowls and the adjustment to a round bowl will take some getting used to. I was trying to save a bit of space in two very small bathrooms. Otherwise, great product, great price.

After installing three of these toilets in my previous home, I've just ordered two more for our new home. I'm continually impressed with how well these toilets work. I'd had problems with clogging even with my high water use toilets, but no problems with these. Easy to install; you'll just need to supply your own wax ring. This time I ordered the soft close toilet seats as well. The cheap one's fit fine, but mildewed and showed wear after just a year or two. I'm hoping the (rather steep in my opinion) price of the Toto seats is worth it. I also really like the ADA height; way more comfortable than the lower standard seats.

Had to wait about a month for shipment, but the estimate was correct and once shipped they arrived in good shape and as promised.

Great unit, pre set-up out the box, just set bowl to flange then tank to bowl. ADA height not a problem for my 6 year old. Siphon Jet Gravity flushing with 3" flush valve. One of the cheapest Toto with great features, a real bang for the buck! Ordered a second unit after I saw this one in action.[...]

Ordered the C734F Elongated front bowl got a C733F round, but i kept it. One call to the service department and a price adjustment was made.Also elongated seat had to be return, they sent return shipping labels via email and reorder me a round seat free of shipping charge. Great service thank you. Didn't think twice and placed a second order for same unit.

This wonderfully engineered toilet reliably gets the job done with no splashing or gurgling. The trapway is fully glazed. The rim is a comfortable height for adults.
My only quibble: it's a long way down to the surface of the water in the bowl, which makes for occasional splash-back.
All the tank's interior parts come pre-installed. There is no need to bolt the bowl and tank together before setting them over the floor bolts--a real back saver! This is a non-pareil piece o' porcelain, for the price.

This is my second Toto Dalton - the first one was an elongated bowl. We got the round bowl this time for our children's bathroom. At first we weren't sure how the extra height (ADA) would work for the kids, but they don't seem to have noticed it. The only downside to the Dalton model is it does not do a very good job cleaning the bowl (above the water line) when flushing - there is no "swirl" action. But it does flush very well, and is pretty quick. Overall, a good value for the price.

I have nothing but accolades for this toilet- it looks great and flushes wonderfully and very quickly. I've never had to flush it more than once although I will say it doesn't have swirling action that rinses down the sides when it flushes (which I know is a sticking point for some people but it doesn't bother me). It's very stylish[...] Great purchase!

Delivery was terrific- New Penn called the day before to schedule a time, then the driver called me 15 minutes before arrival to make sure I would be there. He brought it into the house (which he didn't have to do) and waited for me to open it to make sure nothing was broken, then disposed of the pallet. Top notch!

We like the high seat and the size. It was the only high seat toilet we could find that would fit nicely into our small bathroom.
We are not happy with the flush capabilities we have seen so far. We had to locate our plunger that had been put away for the last 20 years because it clogged our first two mornings. We have been very careful since and the plunger has stayed dry...
