    Service & Delivery comments:

    Toilet was delivered UPS in perfect condition. It was well packaged. I was unsure about how the delivery would work because they said it would be delivered by a trucking company. And I never got a clear estimate of when it would arrive but since I was not in a hurry I ordered it. It was less than two weeks for delivery but since I was not in a hurry it didnt matter to me. Great price, high quality toilet and smooth transaction.

    For those unfamiliar with Totos- they aren't just your typical toilets- they are highly efficient- they have a vertical flush rather than a swirl. They are much more tolerant and less likely to 'plug-up'. [...]

    I hate to admit it, but I'm usually partial to Kohler toilets. With this Toto, I know that I was very wrong! While Kohler's are good, this Toto blows them away! The flush is WAY more powerful- I never thought a toilet could be so exciting!
