    After having constant clogging with our Kohler toilet, we decided to replace it with a Toto as we heard only good things about Toto. We are very pleased with our purchase. Our new Toto toilet was easy to install. We did have to tighten the bolts on the tank a couple days after installation but have had no problems at all. The toilet is a nice looking addition to our main bathroom and has a quiet but strong flush. We couldnt be happier with our purchase.

    This product is used in a hall bathroom by a handicapped husband. We are remodeling a house we just bought and haven't moved in yet so really haven't had a chance to use it very much. I do notice the water level seems very low and the plumber said it can't be adjusted. Also, the shape of the trapway would appear impossible to get a tight seal with a plunger should one ever be needed. We will see.

    We now have 2 of these with the soft close seat. They are nice looking, work well and the seat not slamming is great. The best feature is how quiet the flush is. I highly recommend it.

    Great toilet. After doing a lot of research, we decided to buy Toto's G-Max system toilets to prevent clogs. We are extremely happy with the system. Additionally, the Clayton has a nice look to it. It was not difficult to install and I would recommend this to anyone!!

    I purchased this toilet because of the G-Max flush. I am very happy. This toilet uses little water and is able to move waste efficiently. The Clayton also looks great. The only con is the installation. I did not have any major issues, but when attaching the tank to the base, you have to make sure it is tight enough to prevent waddling and leaking. The shape of the bowl makes it a little tougher than usual.

    This toilet was an installation nightmare. The instructions (and the customer service reps from TOTO) insisted that the tank and bowl should be touching, but they were not touching on ours without the bolts being SUPER tight. They told us to tighten them anyway until the tank and bowl were touching, but that cracked the bowl. We got another bowl and had the same thing happen. We installed 4 Toto Drakes and didn't have this problem with any of them, so I'd stay away from the Clayton. [...].
