Replacement for an existing toilet seat. The design looks great but the same plastic piece that broke on the two previous seats still is on this model. It would be nice if this flaw would be corrected in the future so that we can expect to get more than 2-3 years use out of this toilet seat, particularly for this price.

I love the seat, the wallet doesn't.

The soft close system is fantastic! No more noisy seat-slam, no more injury - especially now that my grandson is in potty training. It was very easy to install as well. Toto makes a quality toilet and their soft-close seat is another great product for this company.
