This is the perfect potty seat for any toilet, whether standard or elongated. Since it works so well, we bought a second one for the other bathroom. The flat, unpadded design actually makes it more comfortable and makes my child feel more secure. The transition to a regular toilet seat is easier, because it feels the same. The only drawback is that it doesn't fold for portability, but we found the foldable variety sometimes pinched. I highly recommend this product.

My son is learning to use the potty and I love this simple seat because of the quick and easy clean up. Other kids 'cushion' seats can capture some of the urine in the crevices which makes them unsanitary. I'm buying a 2nd one for our main bathroom! It's also great for my 5 year old daughter who has a tiny tush!
