Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This product is great. It cost me a lot to have it installed and I kept the original hot water heater tank as a back-up with a shut off valve since the tankless doesn't work during a power failure. Overall, I love the endless supply of hot water. The only other downside besides installation cost is that it takes a little while (maybe 30 seconds) for the hot water to kick in.
