Works best with a two handle faucet
My kitchen sink is too far from my hot water heater. This little guy does just the trick. Connected the unit to the sink and the dish washer. Now I have hot water in 3 seconds instead of several minutes. You do need to have separate handles for the hot and cold to make it easier to adjust the water temp as it comes out. Thinking about buying another one of these for my barn.
Recommended by my brother-in-law to greatly shorten the time it took to get hot water to our kitchen faucet, we have been well pleased with the Powerstar AE7.2 water heater. The unit provides hot water in about 15-20 seconds compared to at least 90 seconds before we added it. The cost of the unit is reasonable [...]. My only problem was we had to have a 220 v. line run from the fuse box to our kitchen. My regret is that we didn't do this 15 years ago when we moved into this house.
