First, let me say I'm a big fan of the Anystream 2000. I had one before and loved it, that's why I went on line to find another one. The main reason I loved my first one, that lasted for many years, is the very reason I am disappointed with this one. There is an ultra-fine spray that is outside the normal spray area which hits your body and is cold when you first start showering - even though the water has warmed up. I can only assume this particular unit is defective but can't be sure. Because of the hastle of long distance transactions and the hastle to get it replaced (not sure that replacing it would actually be the answer) I just decided to keep it. I now wish I would have returned it.
