With respect to accessories or component assemblies which are not manufactured by Phylrich International, the warranty obligation of Phylrich International shall not exceed the warranty extended to Phylrich International by the original manufacturer of such accessory component.

This warranty only applies to the original owner only and is not transferable.

What is not Covered:

1. Damage caused by accident, negligence, misuse abuse improper operation or failure to follow care instructions enclosed with your product.
2. Damage occurring during shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier)
3. Damage resulting from repait or attempt to repair the product not authorized by Phylrich International.
4. Normal wear and maintenance.
5. Labor charges for removal and reinstallation expenses
6. Freight charges to and from Phylrich International.
