    I like the fact that the scale is consistent, no more getting on it a few times in a row, with different results every time, as with my last scale.

    At first I was skeptical about the low reading for water % because I do drink alot of water, but with a little research learned that fat does not hold water much, and so therefore, because my body fat percentage is high, it stands to reason my body water % is low. The graph is also very motivating
