The product is just as advertised. Mirrors on all surfaces are high quality - no distortion. High quality hinges contribute to the solid feel. The medicine cabinet is huge, which is just what I wanted. Overall I am quite pleased. If I had it to do over again I wouldn't change a thing.
I was warned by my designer that Broan/Nutone products are not well packaged and are often damaged during shipping. Well, she was correct. The package was not well protected for shipping. I received two medicine cabinets and only had very minor damage (barely noticeable mirror chip on mirror behind shelves) to one. However, the lack of padding around the product was noteworthy. I believe this is a Broan/Nutone issue - the online retailer (whose website won't let me use their name in print) seemed to do everything correctly. Delivery time was as advertised.

This cabinet is awesome! Very large, holds so much & is very bright! It's also great because the mirror on the inside door. I can do my hair in one mirror while my boyfriend is brushing his teeth or getting ready in the other mirror. Very happy with my purchase!
