We've had our Porcher Sapho (in biscuit) for about three years now, having purchased it from a local dealer/showroom in Michigan City, IN. I believe we paid about [$].The sink met all our our needs for a wall-mounted lav--namely an ample-sized wash basin and area to keep cups (etc.)--but also included two built in hand towel bars, which saved us wall space in not having to put up separate bars for them in our small bathroom. We did not purchase the optional pedestal, but the sink did come with two copper-plated, 1/2" lag combo bolts for mounting it to the wall. Plan ahead though, ours did not hang perpendicular to the wall and had to be shimmed. We were initially very happy with our purchase. In recent months however we have come to be very disappointed with the product, [...] with three cracks that have appeared in the sink bowl. [...]If this had been a cheap lav I would have probably just thrown it away and moved on, but it was not a cheap lav[...].The product is both stylish and elegant, but be aware that it only carries a 1-year warranty and after that you're on your for whatever problem may occur. Elegant, French sink. Quality lacking.

We purchased this sink in biscuit about 3-4 years ago from a local dealer for about $600. We were intrigued by the open-bowl, elegant styling of the product, the large basin, and that it had two integral hand towel bars, one on each side. Our model did not include the pedestal, rather two large, copper-plated bolts that had to screwed into the wall. I noticed with our sink that once the bolts were tightened up it did not hang perpendicular and it had to be shimmed.Initially, the sink did well for us, a family of five including myself. There were minor issues with the towel bars working themselves loose (they use set screws to hold them in place) but no big deal. It afforded a large wash-up area as well as space for cups, toothbrush holders, and whatnot.Recently, however, we had a problem. Three cracks appeared in bowl of the sink for no reason. [...]For anyone wishing to purchase this model/style sink, buyer beware.
