Direct Inject Wash System: Prior to the start of Duet® and Cabrio® wash cycles, a highly concentrated dose of detergent is injected into fabrics, working to penetrate stains and pre-treat soil. Only when the entire load has been treated with the concentrated cleaning lather does the wash cycle begin.
6th Sense® Technology: As soon as the wash cycle is started, Duet® and Cabrio™ washers use various sensors to determine the size of the load and precisely how much water is needed to clean it. Heat sensors then monitor the temperature, and make sure water is warmed gradually to make cleaning enzymes optimally effective. this washer is terrible. always stops in the midle of the washing with all the lights flasing. have to unplug and restart again. today it will not start at all. worst money ever spent.

At first, I was concerned because there isn't a selection of small or large wash cycle. However, with the current technology, the machine has the ability to adjust the water level to the weight of the clothing in the washer. I love this machine. Finally, I'm happy that I have a machine that can wash my bulky comforters. One of the cycles is for bulky items. The "going to the laundromat just to wash my comforters" days are gone!

If items were folded when they went in, they were still folded when taken out. Tried everything to get the clothes clean, they just got beat up . I sold it after 6 months, at half the price. Would never recommend this machine to anyone. Very unhappy with the investment I made.

We've had this machine about a month and are very happy with it so far. Our clothes seem to get cleaner each time and there is no problem with soap residue although I am very careful to measure the HE specific detergent. One of the reasons I went with this machine was that I wash a lot of English saddle pads that are very soiled with horse hair, sweat and dirt. This machine flushes out the hair rather than gather it in a filter that needs to be cleaned once a week. The pads come out amazingly clean.

When under the sheets and towel settings this thing wraps everything into one sheet so you get a ball of agitated/washed clothes/sheets. and that's not even with a fitted sheet.

Great washer, we replaced our Maytag Neptune with it. This washer is 100% better. Clothes come out cleaner and the wash cycle is alot less. It spins the clothes so dry that our dryer has to do less work. Great for bulky items too.

Was hesitant about buying this product. Was not familiar with the new way of washing. Dark Clothes came out clean and whites came out very white. Better than the 1999 Sears Elite catalyst I had and I was happy with the old machine.Clothes came out dryer hence shorter drying time.I have it four weeks now and very satisfied. Remember to use HE detergent.
