Leave the door open so it doesnt get smelly! Replaced good but water hungry top loader, with this machine. Sooo quiet, washes huge loads. It adds a bit of water at a time, then feels the load to see if it got it wet enough. Very smart machine. I hope it lasts.[...]

I did not care for the LG washer. I did several tests and honestly it did not clean the clothes any better. I don't like how long it takes to do a simple load of laundry. I like to soak clothes somtimes, (like the kids socks) and you cannot. I was also concerned about the potential mildew problem. I returned the washer and went back to a classic top loader.
