Its small, you need to remember that, People review that there are problems drying. they are overloading it. I am a poor man and saved for 3 years to buy this. I'd buy the same thing again.I bet it dont use 4 gallons of water, it has options that I've never seen, Its so so quiet If I didnt hear the water going in and out I would not hear it. At first I thought I got riped then made the loads smaller and Its perfect. I live on a boat and have limited space. In the years it took to purchase I read review after review, there is another that has bad reviews, but looks the same, its usually cheeper so beware. If I could afford it,I thought to get a small dryer, but if I could afford it I'd gae a second washer/drier I would say though if you could afford a stackable it might be better , but make sure its a heavy duty cause I worked in an apt. building and they are cheep.BUY IY!!!

The size is perfect. Good size door. Quiet. The manual is almost useless. I had to refer to the manual of my old Thor. After I got the different programs, I loved it.

Definitely is better than going to the laundromat. Drying the clothes took a little long than expected, but works well. Doing a load a day keeps us up to date with laundry.

Bought this machine for my small laundry room off the bathroom in my apartment, and it's great. It's so convenient to put dirty clothes in, take clean, dry clothes out, and not having to do any special wiring - just plug it into the standard wall outlet and go.

I did plenty of research before settling on this model, and the one thing that I didn't find in my research was the fact that the dryer capacity is about half the washing capacity (it can wash 11lbs or so, but can only effectively dry 6lbs). If you wash the full 11lbs, it will dry - eventually - you just need to run it through the dry cycle more than once. You could also pay attention and remove half of the wet laundry, I suppose, but that defeats the purpose of having an all in one machine. Easiest solution is to do smaller loads in the first place.

Another feature that I love, though I have yet to use it, is the fact that this machine can be hooked up to the sink, so if I move to another apartment without a washer/dryer hookup, between the ability to hook it up to the sink and the fact that there is no special wiring required, we'll be all set - a big plus!

I bought this for my wife and I to use in our condo. A few simple directions would have saved us many hours of research. Here is a few tips and tricks to make this thing work well:- You MUST keep the COLD water on during drying!- Little amount of HE Soap goes a very long way- Less is more when loading the washer - half of what you think is okayI custom set our wash cycle for:12 wash, 2 rise, 10K RPMS, and standard drying - 2:35 minsI like the auto shut off feature - some times it leaves the items a bit damp but I guess this is a feature and not a defect... better for the items - longer life.We also have a portable set-up. Go to [...]- they have wheels and hook-ups for about $30.00. And one last thing... dame it is heavy. Get some people to help you move the box into the house... 215 lbs. Had it just about a year now and it's still running like a champ. It's small, quiet and easy to use. It took 2 friends and myself to get it up the stairs and a pizza bribe to have one friend hang around and help decode the poorly translated set-up manual.

I use it for basically everything. It has all kinds of warnings about not putting anything rubber in it so I haven't even gone there. With mine I have to make sure the door is FIRMLY closed before it will start. Three annoying beeps let's you know if it's not securely closed. I turn it on at night and it's never disturbed my sleep. It can get a little shakey at the higher rpm settings but the leveling legs help with that.

Once I figured out where to add the required powder HE (High Efficiency) soap in the counter intuitively labeled trays I was up and never lookin' back. I like it and would buy another.

My friend has one of these washers (maybe different brand) and she loves hers so I was very excited to get one. When I got it, things weren' in tact and I had to call a professional to correct the problem. Once that was fixed I have had only two successful loads; the rest come out drenched. Perfectly fit my specific needs about size and functionality. The instruction manual is practically written in German, the machine can get a little shakey at 1000 RPMs, but overall it is an amazing machine so far.

The manual is not well written. I had to assume what I had to so because the instructions were not clearly written. The manual stated to refer to a picture that was not available. Once I got it together, I thought it was a great machine. The only thing I dislike about the unit is that the highest water level selection is deselected when the dryer button is selected. I love how the machine automatically shuts when finished or it doesn't detect anymore moisture in the cloths.

I use the machine to do my daily wash. It is great not to have to go to the expensive, and sometimes dirty, public laundromats. Overall, it is a convenient timesaver.

It is very compact and fits perfectly in my condo where space is at a premium. It washes and cleans well and operates quietly. It met all my expectations. Using extension hoses and faucet adaptor and "y" valve (not included) and the supplied footrests were most practical for me. Using single wheel locking casters caused instability.

Drying was as expected. It takes longer than conventional machines and may require more than one cycle to get clothes completely dry. It drys light clothes (t-shirts, socks, etc...)well, but bathtowels and sweaters and jeans are best hung to dry after one cycle. I did not find wrinkling to be a problem.

I like this product. It does what it is supposed to do given its limitations.

I moved into an apartment that had a washer hookup, but no dryer vent, and this is exactly what I needed. It would also work for those without washer hookups, since it can be hooked up to the kitchen faucet when needed, and it plugs into a regular outlet.

The manual is practically useless, but once I figured out what I was doing (and got powder HE detergent, which is kind of hard to find), it works fine. It takes a while to dry (about two hours), but it does seem to dry pretty well. Aside from drying time, the main drawback is that it tends to leave clothes quite wrinkly. Also, it speeds so fast that if you can't quite get it level, it will make lots of noise.

But it's very energy efficient, it cleans very well, and most importantly for me, it doesn't require a dryer vent!

I can't speak to the durability, except to say that I haven't had any trouble in the two months that I've had it.

I did my research and read many user reviews and bought it. My dryer had died and it was time to decide how to deal with no vent in my unit and this was a good solution. There are many pro and con reviews out there and they are mostly right. This unit is for 2-3 people tops. It takes getting used to, but it's worth it. It is so quiet, I love it!
