AquaSmart Vibration Problem

Does great job on all types of laundry but vibrates too much during any of the three spin cycles. Machine shakes although does not move in place.
If I bear down with both hands at any place on top of the machine during spin cycle, the vibration stops until I remove my hands. Machine is level and on a ceramic tile floor on the first floor of my house. It appears that the machine housing ('the wrapper") may not be sturdy enough to
prevent the vibration. My concern is that this vibration will affect the long-term performance of this product.

After only 2 months owning this model, it stopped halfway through a cycle and will not turn back on. A technician is coming in two days to check it out. When the unit is working, it works very well. Clothes are almost dry when they come out, but the average cycle is almost an hour, so don't be in a hurry. I purchased the extended warranty, and I'm glad I did.

this washer senses when the tub is not balanced and alarms so that you can make adjustments.
the top loading aspect is fabulous especially having a bad shoulder i dont have to bend. all i need to do is transfer the laundry from the top loader washer to the top loading dryer with ease and clothes do not fall on the floor. i can wash very large loads especially comforters.
