Poor Door Seal

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

When we installed this unit my wife mentioned the door not closing flush, I ignored her until we had the second control membrane replaced and the repair rep mentioned it too. Its now out of warranty. The first membrane and control board was free, the second membrane was [$]. He gave me a number for the factory for hinge failure but they would not honor the part out of warranty. I think the heat escaping from the unclosed door contributed to both control board and touch pad failures. Bummer. I've got the door off looking at the hinges and springs now.
