Like the light weight and how the hose can attach to the base for storage. Wish the additional rug cleaning attachment could be stored on the base.

I use the vacuum on hardwood floors and rugs. It has strong suction, the cord retract button is a great feature and it manuevers easily.
The only downfall is that you have to switch the attachment to go from carpet/rug cleaning to hardwood floor cleaning.
All in all it is a great vacuum and worth the money.

The delivery was fairly prompt given the fact that it was during the Holiday season. The product arrived in good condition in an opened box.
