This range is a definite highlight of any kitchen into which it is installed. First off, it's very attractive, in a classic way (no green glowing time clock, no plastic touch pads). Second, it's hop top and burners are perfect. They can produce an ultra-low, constant simmer or they can singe the roof of the kitchen; water boils in no time. The convection and gas-powered cooking in the oven are equally impressive; pre-warming of the oven takes no time at all.Draw backs are that the stove weighs 350 lbs (monumental by any standard) and requires a 40 amp, 220 V line, so installation can be a problem.
