I use this stove for all purposes. I bake, roast, sautee, and cook. Love everything about it but still have a few unanwered questions about roasting.. I wish there were more resources to turn to for questions and knowledge on using this feature. It is more of a trial and error situation. I love it though, it is a real worker!
