This product has been great. The convection convert is very accurate. The transition to a convection over was very pleasurable. The cook does require some work to keep clean as does any smooth top. The oven looks great and has done nothing but increase the amount of entertaining I take on. We hosted Thanksgiving for the first time this year. I was able to use multiple racks at the same time due to the convection feature. Everything cooked evenly. This oven helps to keep from buring the crust before the center is done. I would recommend this oven to anyone.
