Glad we splurged on the concvection oven

The first night, we convection roasted a chicken. It was the juiciest bird we've ever done. The next day, my husband convection baked three pans of cookies, all equally browned. Burners have a large variety of settings for very precise cooking. Power burner is great for pasta and other rapid boil foods. My husband talked me into the convection oven, and we both love this range.
