this hood is really good. it's a little on the loud side at it's highest setting but on 1 it really keeps the kitchen air fresh. it's great looking but definitely bulkier than the picture makes it look. however i find it's still quite appealing. i got the recirc kit which was a waste of $ and i plan to run a duct when the weather warms up.
