We primarily use this microwave to defrost or reheat. Defrosting is exceptional. This machine can defrost an item without actually cooking it. Something many others I've owned cannot stand up to.

Has some nice features. Once you discover them and start to use them you will appreciate them.
Time preset buttons would be a welcome addition to the current features.
When using the Sensor Cook Technology features it over cooks the food and a +/- feature would be welcomed.

Searched for about three weeks and finally decided on this microwave. It's everything it claims to be. Some of the times are a little of the sensor times are a little off, but all in all it's great. If I could have one extra button it would be a minute plus button. I would buy again in a heartbeat.

The top rating by Consumer Reports was right on. What a value for its low price. I installed it myself with no problems, it's attractive, and I especially like the intuitive special functions like "Soften", "Melt" and several preprogrammed "Auto Defrost". Popcorn button is perfect for standard 3.5 oz. bag. I would highly recommend this microwave to anyone.

Finally a microwave that is what it claims to be. Great price for a "smart" piece of equipment. Sensor cook really works and heats to a perfect temperature with out over-cooking or leaving cold spots.

Before purchasing I researched microwaves. Consumer Report gave this a best buy rating. I couldn't find it locally for anywhere near the price I got at Homeclick. I read reveiws on this item. Most stated it having a larger interior, yes it does. Some said it was a little noisy, I don't find it noisy at all. I did have a handyman professional install it.

As far as over the range microwaves, this was relatively easy to install. Like almost everything about it except - it's a little louder than our previous one and you can't read the clock unless you are right in front of the microwave. The number display is set back in so you can't view from the side. This is inconvenient.

Tricky installation, but worth it. Seems a little loud, but we think it just needs adjusting as far as the installation. Overall a really great appliance.
