I love this microwave oven. It is everything I wanted and more. I love the simple display for cooking food or popping popcorn. It is quite powerful, quiet and the design is very nice. If you don't have a large amount of kitchen counterspace, you may not want to purchase this product. Other than than it is an awesome microwave.

This is a beautiful appliance inside and out and it cooks faster and hotter than any oven I have used in 35 years. However, it only ran one minute on the day of installation and the turntable motor burned out after making a lot of noise. It spent its first three weeks at the closest service center 36 miles away. I have used it now for four days since I got it back and it seems ok now. It is too bad LG doesn't test them at the factory before packaging. If you get a good one and can figure out the instruction manual you will love this appliance. I would not recommend this to a friend near me because service is too far away, check to be sure service is local, and do not trust the service locater information on the LG website as it is largely incorrect.

Packaging and delivery from Absolute home were very good and extremely prompt. I have now ordered three items from them and all have been perfect in every way.
LG service however is another matter. The service locater indicates one just four miles from my house, I called them before the purchace and asked if they were an LG warranty center to which they replied "yes". When the oven arrived defective I took it to them and they then told me they fix all LG except microwaves! The next servicer was 36 miles away. They had the machine for nearly three weeks. It took emails to LG to light a fire under the repair shop just to get it looked at. Call your service center before you buy and ask lots of questions. If there isn't one nearby I recommend a different brand.
