Purchased in Dec 2006 for use in our newly remodeled kitchen. We bought 4 other Kitchenaid appliances at the same time - we love the other 4. We immediately had trouble with dishwasher door popping open in midcycle. Gasket has been replaced, unit has been serviced multiple times. Tonight we gave up on it. We are going to buy a different brand, with a LEVER for locking the door. I don't know if we will get any $$ back from Kitchenaid, but at this point I want a unit that works.
