Jenn-Air Cooktop with down-draft ventilation

The delivery was prompt and our cooktop arrived in perfect condition. This cooktop was a replacement for our 16 year-old Jenn-Air cooktop, same basic features. I really like the more professional look to this new cooktop and especially like the closed right burner area much better. Thanks for great service!

THIS IS MY THIRD JENN I LOVE THE CONCEPT . HOWEVER I WILL HAVE TO GET USED TO THE CARTRIDGE BURNERS I AM HAVING A HARD TIME CLEANING IT, AS WELL AS THE PROCELINE FINISH. I HOPE I CAN GET EXTRA KNOBS AS THEY ARE THE FIRST THING TO GO
Are you thinking of buying a Jenn-Aire countertop range? DON'T !!!!!I had a Jenn-Aire for 29 years. NO problems except replacing burners when they wore out. Finally, the swithches wore out.I bought a new Jenn-Aire, stainless steel, like my old one. As soon as I cooked on the burners, it burned the metal. You could smell it burning.When you grill, the drip pan is almost impossible to clean. The drip under the burners stain immediately. The weight of the stove is about 1/4 to 1/2 the weight of the old one. I paid [$] for a grill and 2 cartridges.They replaced 2 switches that burned too hot and one of the catridges because it was warped. This was just a month. Also scatches easily.If you're looking for something to look nice after you cook on it, buy another brand. A dissatisfied customer Reno, nv.
